Who we are
Hyppo (“Hyppo”, “we”) provides local-first recording and meeting intelligence software. Contact: hello@hyppo.run.
What we collect
- Account data - email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription status when you sign up (email or Google).
- Billing data - processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on Hyppo servers.
- App activation - device labels used to link your signed-in account to an installation.
- Website usage - standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.
Recordings and transcripts
By default, capture and on-device AI stay on your computer or infrastructure you control. Optional cloud or on-prem sync only happens when you configure it. We do not claim ownership of your meeting content.
How we use data
- Provide accounts, activate the app, and manage subscriptions
- Respond to support and contact requests
- Improve product reliability and prevent abuse
Sharing
We use processors such as Supabase (auth/database) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal or accounting reasons. You can request deletion via hello@hyppo.run.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
