Installers are unsigned in development. Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper may warn until the build is signed. Whisper models download the first time you enable transcription in Settings.

  • Empty takes when the headless toolbar was fully hidden (now stays shown at opacity 0 so capture streams keep running)

  • Overlay draws: compact control bar stays out of capture; full-screen draw mode turns protection off so strokes appear in the take

  • App chrome and recording UI restyle (frameless macOS title bar, logo mark, settings cards)
  • Site infrastructure defaults to `eu-west-2`; GitHub OIDC defaults to `sourcetown/hyppo`
